On Tues, May 14, 2024, In-person advising will be available from 9:30 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 4 pm. Zoom advising will be available from 9:30 am to 11 am.
On May 21, UBC will move to a new system called Workday for courses starting in September 2024. Check your email that day for setup instructions. Summer Session students will continue using SSC.

Before arriving at the office, you can sign in to the virtual line to save your spot. Learn more about the International Student Advising Virtual Line. You can also join the virtual line at the office by using the tablet at the front desk. Check wait times below.
International Student Advising is available to meet virtually on Zoom. Join the virtual line with your email address or your North American phone number, if you have one, and you’ll receive the Zoom link when it’s your turn in line.
Signing in with a North American phone number will give you the ability to check your place in line, push your appointment back, leave the line, or get an update when it’s almost your turn.
